The following terms and conditions apply as the exclusive basis for ordering and sending goods that the customer orders via online shopping on the Internet.

1. Conclusion of contract

All offers are non-binding. The contract between the customer and NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR (hereinafter referred to as the company) only becomes valid when the customer places the order and accepts it. The company only accepts the order by delivering the ordered goods. The order is limited to normal household quantities.

2. Right of withdrawal

Exchange and right of return:

You can return the items purchased from NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. In the case of a return, the contract will be canceled and the payment already made will be credited after receipt of the delivered goods. The credit takes the form of a repayment at PayPal or a transfer to your bank account.

You can send the goods back to us if you don't like them or if you have size problems. The condition for this is the condition of the goods as before delivery and the original packaging. Before returning the product, please make sure that it is in the delivery state and use the original packaging. NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR reserves the right to claim a reduction in value for traces of use (which go beyond the fitting) or to refuse to take back the item if it is no longer possible to resell the goods.

The return of the article within 14 days after receipt of the goods is only possible if they are intact.

The costs of the return are regulated as follows:

• Return within Germany: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

• Return from abroad: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods must always be sent back insured. Shipment tracking and delivery must be verifiable.

3. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR until full payment has been made.

4. Payment

The payment of the goods is generally made via PayPal or against prepayment.

Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We close

liability in the event of loss.

5. Unavailable items

If an article is not available, the company undertakes to inform the customer immediately of the unavailability.

6. Notification of defects

Please inform NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR of obvious defects in the goods, including transport damage, immediately, but at the latest within 8 days after delivery of the goods. After this period, warranty rights due to an obvious defect are excluded.

7. Validity of prices

The prices mentioned in the online shop are euro prices and include VAT.

8. Shipping costs per order

The shipping costs are free within Germany, and are seen as part of the service of NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR.

Shipping costs abroad are calculated individually and are - depending on the country - free of charge or to be borne by the buyer.

EU countries: free of charge

Switzerland: 27.- €

Europe without EU: € 30

9. Liability

NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR assumes no liability for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the online offer.

10. Copyright and right of use

The pages of our shop, as well as the pictures and designs of the parts shown, enjoy copyright protection in accordance with Section 72 of the Copyright Act. Publication, duplication, distribution and imitation are only permitted with the written approval of NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR.

11. Data storage

NINAGORISSEN MANUFAKTUR is entitled to collect, save and process the customer's personal data required in the course of the business relationship. Data will not be passed on to third parties, except for possible payment purposes in data exchange.

12. Additional provisions

The ineffectiveness of individual points of these general terms and conditions does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
